Sacha Fulton, PhD, is a Perth based Sport Science consultant and trainer.
She assists athletes, individuals and organisations to reach their maximum performance potential through scientifically backed training and preparation techniques, including load monitoring, physiological and performance testing and sleep, recovery, nutrition and hydration strategies. Sacha has executed sports science and sports physiology services at the national, State institute and Olympic level. Her training methods are based on science, research and her own experiences as a person, scientist, athlete, academic and adventure enthusiast.
Sacha is a surf lifesaver and a keen athlete herself. She has represented Australia at the IM triathlon World Championships in Hawaii, completed the Rottnest Island Channel crossing on five occasions, hiked to Mt Everest base camp and walked 1700km in 62 days across France and Spain on the Camino de Santiago route.
